Unlimited phone/email support & guidance
Travel within Central Coast region (additional charges may apply for all other regions)
2 Site inspection/planning meetings. 1st site inspection at the wedding venue to ensure all planning is on track( 6months prior). 2nd site inspection/planning meeting to discuss all the finer details (6 weeks prior)
Full run sheet development
Distribution of run sheet/vendor confirmations 2 weeks prior
Phone consultation week of wedding
Point of contact for the day
Assist with full set up
Liase with all vendors to ensure a successful event
Co-ordinating Packages
All packages can be tailored to individual requirements.
Additional co-ordinating hours charged at $100 per hour, assistant charged at $65 per hour
