From the very beginning she was so supportive, organised, and calm, and on the day she made everything run seamlessly. Incredibly grateful to Alicia for her support and hard work!! Engaging her as our wedding coordinator was easily one of the best decisions we made. I had Nathan and the crew provide drinks at a large (85+) birthday party. They brough beautiful Florence the drinks caravan around , setup and proceeded to make everyone's night. So many people provided glowing feed back over the following days.
Great drinks, great cocktails, great service, great rapport and banter. What can I say it was... GREAT lol
Also Nathan provided great advice in planning the event in terms of the most popular drinks to serve and the quantities to purchase.

Alicia and her team provided pre-wedding consultation, on-the-day wedding coordination, and provided the bar for our long lunch wedding on a private property on the Central Coast. Starting with Alicia, our wedding simply wouldn’t have been the same without her. From the very first meeting, she was organised and calm, completely in tune with our vision, and nothing was too much to ask for–even the late night Macca’s delivery served on silver platters! Every detail on the day was flawlessly executed, and her ability to handle everything behind the scenes let us completely enjoy the day without a single worry. Our wedding caterers raved about Alicia’s coordination and professionalism from a vendor perspective, and even our guests were highly impressed with her seamless coordination of all the different components on the day, specifically commenting on her amazing service. Alicia made the entire process stress-free and joyful. An absolute professional and a true gem – we’re beyond grateful!
For the bar service, Alicia’s team were exceptional! As big lovers of food and wine, we had curated the wine and cocktail menu for our lunch and had 8 different wines and 4 signature cocktails to be served. Alicia’s team executed the custom menu flawlessly. The team were friendly, professional, and kept the drinks flowing smoothly throughout the day. The cocktails were delicious and beautifully made, and the bar staff were so flexible with the timing of the bar, continuing to serve cocktails after the lunch and into the night! From set-up to last call, everything was seamless. They truly elevated the celebration, and we highly recommend the team!

The team at Memory Lane were a dream to work with! We enlisted Alicia’s help for set up and on the day coordination, Nathan’s help with the bar, Florence’s help with looking cute and keeping guests refreshed, and both Alicia and Nathan again the next day for pack up (sorry team)! Alicia and Nathan were beyond helpful every step of the way and having Alicia’s hands and expertise on the big day was everything we needed and more. How she managed to be in multiple places at once we will never know. Thank you both for making our day the perfect wedding it was. We highly recommend booking this dream team! X

My partner and I contacted Memory Lane Wedding and Events a month out from our wedding as we were getting completely overwhelmed by the day-of tasks that were adding up. We hired Alicia for wedding coordination and set-up/pack-down of our reception decor for our wedding day. From the first time we spoke to Alicia she was so understanding, kind, efficient and an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. Alicia! How can we begin to thank you for ensuring our day ran so seamlessly and perfectly as our coordinator?! Also, having you & Nath provide bar service with your beautiful Florence was a highlight. You did not stop all day and night, despite being a 38 degree day. The cocktails and welcome drinks were such a hit! Not a detail was left to chance and you were so lovely to work with and so accommodating. A number of brides I work with say you are worth your weight in gold and it is so true. You fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle, drove us down in the buggy to the ceremony, checked in on us throughout the day, worked with all the vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly, made sure Adam and I never had an empty glass… and the list goes on. I CANNOT recommend Alicia enough. Once I had heard of her services I knew I needed her for my wedding day. Although I had planned my wedding down to the second, Alicia still managed to make it even more perfect. She w did not stop all day, moving florals and furniture, assuring when the rain came over, helped with timing. decision making, cake cutting. Alicia is a need for anyone worried about their day running smoothly- she takes the stress out and her expertise in weddings is second to none!
