I could not recommend Alicia, Nathan and the Memory Lane Team enough! Memory Lane Events went above and beyond to make our special day go perfect and very smoothly from the initial contact with Alicia to booking their team and their beautiful bar FLORENCE for our wedding day. After booking their bar in we decided to book Alicia to be our on the day Coodinator. Alicia had regular conversations with me prior via phone calls, text messages and emails. Alicia and I had a huge meeting to discuss vendors, on the day plans and all the extra things Memory Lane Events was happy to help out with. Alicia was so busy at our wedding running from job to job and not forgetting any of the many things we asked her to be on top of. Alicia did more then we asked on the day, she was incredible and so was the staff for Florence bar. Alicia even chased after our toddlers when they ran away from the photographers. Ha ha! We had Florence bar organised to be dropped to our wedding prior to make it easier on us on the day. Alicia created a timeline for our wedding day prior to the big day to make sure everything was organised. Memory Lane Events did an amazing job at our wedding. Unfortunately Alicia had some sad news a week out from the wedding and had a family funeral to attend the day of our wedding.. after telling Alicia to please not to worry and we would be happy using another Coodinator she could recommend however Alicia still came back to us not long after and told us she would still be at our wedding as she didn’t want to let us down. Memory Lane Events was not only on time but came earlier on the day to help with any last minute things. We are so great full and thankful to have found them. We booked Memory Lane for our bar service for our DIY wedding and Alicia and Nathan were amazing throughout the whole process. Florence, the bar caravan, added such a nice touch of whimsy and the drinks were excellent. Alicia was really helpful in the lead up to the wedding as well, helping make sure we had the right amount of drinks, and the best ingredients for our cocktails. Everything went seamlessly! I actually don't have enough words to express how greatful i am for Alicia and her Coordination skills. We had the beautiful Florence for our bar and the staff and drinks were fantastic, and Nathans help while working out what alcohol to order really put me at ease. The whole day ran so smoothly all thanks to Alicia, i really got to enjoy and take in the whole experience because i had her by my side.

I don’t think we can put into words what our experience was like with Alicia, Nath and all the staff at Memory Lane. We originally booked Florence the caravan for our wedding and after such wonderful and seamless communication we decided that we would benefit from Alicia giving us a helping hand on our diy wedding. Based on a private property we used their expertise for advice and ideas no matter how big or small. Email, phone calls, texts, no matter when or what we sent their way they were quick to respond with a friendly message back and some reassurance that we could do anything. When our day came it ran so smoothly we wouldn’t have known anything went wrong if it did. The bar staff were amazing and catered for everyone’s preferences and we got so many compliments on our bar and cocktails! The styling was perfect and everyone was on the same page with what was happening making the day run perfectly. We can’t thank and recommend Memory Lane enough! The absolute best!!

We hired Memory Lane for both bar and on the day coordination at Bidja Estate and it was the best decision we made! Both Nathan and Alicia are absolute legends and so kind. We didn't have the best weather on the day but having Alicia there to coordinate everything was such a relief! They both went above and beyond! Honestly if you are thinking about booking them, then think no more and just book! 10/10

Hiring Alicia for wedding coordination was the single best decision I have ever made. Alicia helped guide me through everything from picking vendors to a last minute wet weather location change. Nothing escaped her notice and the day ran perfectly. We also hired Florence for bar service and not only is she beautiful but all my guests spent the night raving about the great cocktails and friendly service.

We had Alicia as our Wedding Co-Ordinator in October and from the first meeting we knew we had made the right choice! Alicia’s professionalism and understanding of our laid back approach was so reassuring when planning our big day. We loved every moment of planning our wedding all thanks to Alicia and on our wedding day she blew everyone away! From making sure my husband and I were fed, giving us first serve of the amazing cocktails made in Florence the caravan bar, packing up and setting up our decorations, cleaning, and being an amazing presence on the day she was AMAZING! Alicia walked over 25,000 steps on our wedding day and as I told her the next day, we were both so appreciative of every step taken. My hubby and I could not speak highly enough of Alicia and if you are iffy or not thinking about a coordinator then you NEED to talk to Alicia first!!
