Alicia, Nathan and the team at Memory Lane Weddings and Events were incredible. From the initial communication to our big day - they were amazing. The bar staff were all so friendly and no ask was too big. They all seemed to genuinely love their jobs which says a lot about MLWE.

A special shout out to Alicia. She is a superwoman. No job was too hard, her attention to detail was next-level and you can tell she is incredibly passionate about her job. I could not recommend her more. Thank you for making our day absolutely perfect.

Where to start! Memory Lane Weddings and Events were the HEROES we had hoped for. With only 9 days to go until our big day, I was devastated when my wedding co-ordinator pulled out. Without a run sheet to go from, Alicia and Nathan were able to be incredibly flexible and juggle the pieces to ensure they were available to help in our time of need. Alicia was kind, attentive, reassuring and straight to the point. After answering all our calls and organising a site visit to get to know us and the private property the wedding would be held - Our wedding day went off without a single issue. With a high chance of rain, they were across plan B, C and D and made us feel completely carefree on what has been the best day of our lives by far. Could not recommend enough!!!

We booked MLWE for their weekender package and I haven’t stopped telling my friends about it since. If you do ANYTHING for your wedding, make sure it is booking Alicia as your coordinator/angel. It’s truly and investment in your sanity to have someone so professional, responsive, organised, and coming in hot with great ideas and problem solving.

I can’t possibly do justice to how amazing it was to know Alicia was in our corner. Thanks to her everything went smoothly, all hiccups were fixed before we even knew about them, and our day went perfectly! Not having to pack up the next day while we were hungover certainly helped too x

Alicia! How can we begin to thank you for ensuring our day ran so seamlessly and perfectly as our coordinator?! Also, having you & Nath provide bar service with your beautiful Florence was a highlight. You did not stop all day and night, despite being a 38 degree day. The cocktails and welcome drinks were such a hit! Not a detail was left to chance and you were so lovely to work with and so accommodating. A number of brides I work with say you are worth your weight in gold and it is so true. You fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle, drove us down in the buggy to the ceremony, checked in on us throughout the day, worked with all the vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly, made sure Adam and I never had an empty glass… and the list goes on. We did not have to worry about a thing and knew you had everything under control. I was so relaxed and you were a big part of that. Thank you so much lovely lady 🤍🤍🤍 Adam and Emma x

Alicia was AMAZING! From the first conversation to the end of our wedding day she was there to ensure everything I wanted had come to life.
Communication was fantastic and nothing was too hard or too much to ask of her.
We utilised the day coordinator package. It felt so great knowing that all the little things (and those little things add up!) were all handled by Alicia and I could trust she would set up everything with how I envisioned. She was always checking up on my husband and I throughout our wedding day to ensure everything was going okay and whether we needed anything.

Having memory lane as apart of our special day was the best decision we made ! Not only do Alicia and Nathan provide an incredible bar and coordinating service they are also both absolute legends who we loved having at our wedding. Almost 1 week on and ourselves and our guests cannot stop raving about how perfect the day was and how delicious the cocktails were (seriously best espresso martinis ever) . We had 40 degree heat, thunder, rain and rainbows and Alicia adapted and assisted guests with anything they needed throughout the day. You guys are the best. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Memory Lane are the best in the business!!!!! I have worked with them on a various number of weddings over the years and they always have everything covered tenfold. If you want wedding professionals to make your day as seamless as possible, then Memory Lane are your people. Highly recommend 🙂
