Based on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Memory Lane Weddings & Events are here to help create and co-ordinate the wedding of your dreams.  Along with their beautiful 1968 Vintage Franklin Caravan, Florence, Alicia and Nathan sprinkle their own beautiful style and vibe all over the Central Coast and Hunter Valley, bringing magic wherever they go.

From Cocktails served on the lawn and lush grazing tables to full wedding co-ordination and assistance, we are here to help you in any way we can to have the most incredible day ever.

Memory Lane is seriously amazing! Nathan and Alicia made everything so easy for us to organise and made sure Florence was styled in a personalized way to us. We cannot thank them enough for making our day so special. Could not recommend them enough for your wedding or event.

The best decision I made was hiring Florence for our wedding, as well as Alicia as wedding coordinator for the day. Alicia went above and beyond in the lead up and on the day nothing was too much for her. I have never seen someone work so hard in their life. Nathan and Alicia, Florence was an absolute hit and the cocktails were amazing. Alicia, thank you for taking the stress and pressure off of me, I can't thank you enough for the support. We feel like we made friends throughout the whole experience and hope our paths cross again soon.

The team at Memory Lane were a dream to work with! We enlisted Alicia’s help for set up and on the day coordination, Nathan’s help with the bar, Florence’s help with looking cute and keeping guests refreshed, and both Alicia and Nathan again the next day for pack up (sorry team)! Alicia and Nathan were beyond helpful every step of the way and having Alicia’s hands and expertise on the big day was everything we needed and more. How she managed to be in multiple places at once we will never know. Thank you both for making our day the perfect wedding it was. We highly recommend booking this dream team! X

Alicia! How can we begin to thank you for ensuring our day ran so seamlessly and perfectly as our coordinator?! Also, having you & Nath provide bar service with your beautiful Florence was a highlight. You did not stop all day and night, despite being a 38 degree day. The cocktails and welcome drinks were such a hit! Not a detail was left to chance and you were so lovely to work with and so accommodating. A number of brides I work with say you are worth your weight in gold and it is so true. You fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle, drove us down in the buggy to the ceremony, checked in on us throughout the day, worked with all the vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly, made sure Adam and I never had an empty glass… and the list goes on. We did not have to worry about a thing and knew you had everything under control. I was so relaxed and you were a big part of that. Thank you so much lovely lady 🤍🤍🤍 Adam and Emma x

We had Alicia as our Wedding Co-Ordinator in October and from the first meeting we knew we had made the right choice!

Alicia’s professionalism and understanding of our laid back approach was so reassuring when planning our big day. We loved every moment of planning our wedding all thanks to Alicia and on our wedding day she blew everyone away! From making sure my husband and I were fed, giving us first serve of the amazing cocktails made in Florence the caravan bar, packing up and setting up our decorations, cleaning, and being an amazing presence on the day she was AMAZING!
Alicia walked over 25,000 steps on our wedding day and as I told her the next day, we were both so appreciative of every step taken.

My hubby and I could not speak highly enough of Alicia and if you are iffy or not thinking about a coordinator then you NEED to talk to Alicia first!!

Memory Lane are the best in the business!!!!! I have worked with them on a various number of weddings over the years and they always have everything covered tenfold. If you want wedding professionals to make your day as seamless as possible, then Memory Lane are your people. Highly recommend 🙂

Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Alicia, Nathan and the beautiful staff at Memory Lane Wedding and Events. Alicia was our guardian angel through out the day, making sure EVERY detail was perfect! I would recommend Alicia wholeheartedly, it takes so much pressure of the Bride and Groom so you can relax and just enjoy the day without stressing about the details and the vendors. Nathan and the bar team were just amazing, making sure all of our guests' thirst were quenched and their cocktail making skills were on point! Nathan makes a mean Spicy Margarita! The Grazing table Alica and her team, was absolutely beautiful and there were only a few nibbles left by the end of the cocktail portion of our day. Thank you Memory Lane, Liam and I are so so grateful for you and your work to make our day exactly as we imagined. Much much love

Firstly need start by saying, if you have been thinking about a day of coordinator do it!!!! Memory lane are worth their weight in gold. Alicia was honestly so helpful on the day and made it all run smoothly. She was so attentive to not only Jordan and myself but to the whole wedding. I cannot recommended, memory lane enough and will recommended them to everyone. Thankyou again, Alicia and team xx

Alicia and Nathan from Memory Lane were probably the standout vendors from our event where we had all the very best. Not meeting them prior due to Covid was no issue as Alicia was on email to me for all the support and questions I had prior to the day and multiple phone calls in the lead up. She asked questions I hadn’t thought of and recommended certain things based on her experience that just made the whole day flow better - but it was once the wedding started that she shone. Even guests said to me “who was that woman - she was EVERYWHERE, doing everything!” She looked after me, carrying my dress, feeding me, making sure I had a drink in my hand, making sure I was where I was meant to be in the midst of an unbelievably fun day that whipped by in a blur and all I can think now is how much she impacted the kind of day my hubby and I and our entire bridal party had on the day. Can not recommend enough. If you think you don’t need her; you’re WRONG.
