I CANNOT recommend Alicia enough. Once I had heard of her services I knew I needed her for my wedding day. Although I had planned my wedding down to the second, Alicia still managed to make it even more perfect. She w did not stop all day, moving florals and furniture, assuring when the rain came over, helped with timing. decision making, cake cutting. Alicia is a need for anyone worried about their day running smoothly- she takes the stress out and her expertise in weddings is second to none!

You made our day run so smoothly with your professionalism paired with your friendliness, nothing was an issue. We loved having Memory Lane and Florence the Bar Caravan for our wedding! Nathan and the team made our day stress free and made sure all the guests were never without drinks. They even supplied a basket of drinks for the bridal party during our photos and this was just such a beautiful extra touch!
And the cocktails were phenomenal- the pink gin fizz was a huge hit. Definitely recommend!

Incredibly grateful to Alicia for her support and hard work!! Engaging her as our wedding coordinator was easily one of the best decisions we made. She helped alleviate so much stress for us and really just managed to be everywhere at once, I really don’t know how she did it! It allowed us and our families to just fully relax and enjoy the day.

Hiring Alicia for wedding coordination was the single best decision I have ever made. Alicia helped guide me through everything from picking vendors to a last minute wet weather location change. Nothing escaped her notice and the day ran perfectly. We also hired Florence for bar service and not only is she beautiful but all my guests spent the night raving about the great cocktails and friendly service.

We recently hired Memory Lane for our wedding, and Nathan, Alicia and the team (and their retro caravan Florence) were absolutely amazing — we honestly can’t speak highly enough of them.

From the start, they were so helpful in the planning process. They guided us through everything from drink quantities to what would actually work best for our guest numbers, which took so much stress out of the lead-up. They really know their stuff and made it all feel simple and under control.

On the day, Florence (their gorgeous retro caravan bar) was such a hit. It looked incredible set up at the venue and added such a fun, relaxed vibe.

The cocktails were absolutely delicious — so many guests commented on them — and the team behind the bar were just as amazing. Every single one of them had the biggest smiles, were so friendly, and made everyone feel looked after.

They genuinely elevated the whole experience, and we’re so glad we had them as part of our day.
