Where do I begin… we hired Memory Lane Wedding and Events for our DIY wedding at the beautiful Bidja Estate. We utilised their bar staff and the incredible Alicia as our on the day coordinator. Alicia was worth her weight in gold! She is absolutely superb at her job and did not stop from start to finish! Alicia ensured that our large guest list of 150 people were well looked after as well as my husband and I. She made sure the day ran smoothly as well as to schedule and helped bring my vision to life. I was able to relax and enjoy the whole event without a worry in the world. The day simply would not have been what it was without her. All of the work she does behind the scenes is done so promptly and professionally. She is the calm all brides need on their special day. Thank you from the very bottom of our hearts to Alicia and Memory Lane events for everything! Wedding planning can feel overwhelming, but with Memory Lane’s support it didn’t have to be! Alicia was so helpful and really took the stress out of everything leading up to and on the day! We appreciate the support and bringing our plans to life for our special day.

I had Nathan and the crew provide drinks at a large (85+) birthday party. They brough beautiful Florence the drinks caravan around , setup and proceeded to make everyone's night. So many people provided glowing feed back over the following days. Great drinks, great cocktails, great service, great rapport and banter. What can I say it was... GREAT lol Also Nathan provided great advice in planning the event in terms of the most popular drinks to serve and the quantities to purchase. Highly recommend them.

We booked MLWE for their weekender package and I haven’t stopped telling my friends about it since. If you do ANYTHING for your wedding, make sure it is booking Alicia as your coordinator/angel. It’s truly and investment in your sanity to have someone so professional, responsive, organised, and coming in hot with great ideas and problem solving. I can’t possibly do justice to how amazing it was to know Alicia was in our corner. Thanks to her everything went smoothly, all hiccups were fixed before we even knew about them, and our day went perfectly! Not having to pack up the next day while we were hungover certainly helped too x Absolute legend - love Molly and Benny Faram.

Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Alicia, Nathan and the beautiful staff at Memory Lane Wedding and Events. Alicia was our guardian angel through out the day, making sure EVERY detail was perfect! I would recommend Alicia wholeheartedly, it takes so much pressure of the Bride and Groom so you can relax and just enjoy the day without stressing about the details and the vendors. Nathan and the bar team were just amazing, making sure all of our guests' thirst were quenched and their cocktail making skills were on point! Nathan makes a mean Spicy Margarita! The Grazing table Alica and her team, was absolutely beautiful and there were only a few nibbles left by the end of the cocktail portion of our day. All I can say is wow! These guys are amazing. Having Alicia as our wedding coordinator was just perfect. Nothing was ever too much to ask, she was like a magical fairy through the whole day!! Our drinks service was just spot on, drinks being touched up throughout dinner as well as our water. Truly couldn’t recommend any higher. It was so amazing to have you guys there to make our special day easy and stress free, so thankyou!

Alicia created a beautiful styled picnic for my sister in law's hens party. The picnic was gorgeous and Alicia was so organised making it really easy for us to just show up and enjoy the day. I highly recommend Alicia for any event you might host.

Our wedding wouldn’t have been what is was without the wonderfulness that was Alicia and her team! From the moment we contacted requesting a date for the lovely Florence right up until the day after our wedding these guys were AMAZING. Alicia thought of everything, made choices we couldn’t and was a ninja on the clean up. Our guests were amazed by her ability to spot an empty glass in the midst of the chaos and quickly have it cleared! She ensured we always had a drink in our hands and made sure we really soaked up the day. We cannot thank her anymore if we tried! 🤍
