The team at Memory Lane were a dream to work with! We enlisted Alicia’s help for set up and on the day coordination, Nathan’s help with the bar, Florence’s help with looking cute and keeping guests refreshed, and both Alicia and Nathan again the next day for pack up (sorry team)! Alicia and Nathan were beyond helpful every step of the way and having Alicia’s hands and expertise on the big day was everything we needed and more. How she managed to be in multiple places at once we will never know. Thank you both for making our day the perfect wedding it was. We highly recommend booking this dream team! X

I don’t think we can put into words what our experience was like with Alicia, Nath and all the staff at Memory Lane. We originally booked Florence the caravan for our wedding and after such wonderful and seamless communication we decided that we would benefit from Alicia giving us a helping hand on our diy wedding. Based on a private property we used their expertise for advice and ideas no matter how big or small. Email, phone calls, texts, no matter when or what we sent their way they were quick to respond with a friendly message back and some reassurance that we could do anything. When our day came it ran so smoothly we wouldn’t have known anything went wrong if it did. The bar staff were amazing and catered for everyone’s preferences and we got so many compliments on our bar and cocktails! The styling was perfect and everyone was on the same page with what was happening making the day run perfectly. We can’t thank and recommend Memory Lane enough! The absolute best!!

All I can say is wow! These guys are amazing. Having Alicia as our wedding coordinator was just perfect. Nothing was ever too much to ask, she was like a magical fairy through the whole day!! Our drinks service was just spot on, drinks being touched up throughout dinner as well as our water. Truly couldn’t recommend any higher. It was so amazing to have you guys there to make our special day easy and stress free, so thankyou!

We booked Alicia for on the day coordination and I cannot stress this enough - she was the best money we’ve ever spent. She was an integral part of our day and just knowing she was there at the scene made my morning that was filled with torrential rain a lot less stressful. Our wedding wouldn’t have been what is was without the wonderfulness that was Alicia and her team! From the moment we contacted requesting a date for the lovely Florence right up until the day after our wedding these guys were AMAZING. Alicia thought of everything, made choices we couldn’t and was a ninja on the clean up. Our guests were amazed by her ability to spot an empty glass in the midst of the chaos and quickly have it cleared! She ensured we always had a drink in our hands and made sure we really soaked up the day. We cannot thank her anymore if we tried! 🤍

We recently hired Memory Lane for our wedding, and Nathan, Alicia and the team (and their retro caravan Florence) were absolutely amazing — we honestly can’t speak highly enough of them. From the start, they were so helpful in the planning process. They guided us through everything from drink quantities to what would actually work best for our guest numbers, which took so much stress out of the lead-up. They really know their stuff and made it all feel simple and under control. On the day, Florence (their gorgeous retro caravan bar) was such a hit. It looked incredible set up at the venue and added such a fun, relaxed vibe. The cocktails were absolutely delicious — so many guests commented on them — and the team behind the bar were just as amazing. Every single one of them had the biggest smiles, were so friendly, and made everyone feel looked after. They genuinely elevated the whole experience, and we’re so glad we had them as part of our day.

Could not recommend Memory Lane more! Nathan and team were fantastic. We hired their bar caravan, Florence, for an event and could not be happier.
