I could not recommend Alicia at Memory Lane enough! We hired her to run the whole set up, on the day coordination and then pack down for our wedding and it was so incredibly seamless and perfect, what would we have done without her! She took all the stress away and was always contactable, very happy to chat with us a million times before the big day.

She is SO organised, thinks of all the little things you’ve forgotten, and runs around a million miles an hour doing the work of 5 people while still being the calmest, loveliest, most down to earth person. Nothing was too much and she went above and beyond too many times to count. We had so many comments from guests about how brilliant she was. I wish I could have another event so that I could hire her again!

Alicia was AMAZING! From the first conversation to the end of our wedding day she was there to ensure everything I wanted had come to life.
Communication was fantastic and nothing was too hard or too much to ask of her.
We utilised the day coordinator package. It felt so great knowing that all the little things (and those little things add up!) were all handled by Alicia and I could trust she would set up everything with how I envisioned. She was always checking up on my husband and I throughout our wedding day to ensure everything was going okay and whether we needed anything.

Where to start! Memory Lane Weddings and Events were the HEROES we had hoped for. With only 9 days to go until our big day, I was devastated when my wedding co-ordinator pulled out. Without a run sheet to go from, Alicia and Nathan were able to be incredibly flexible and juggle the pieces to ensure they were available to help in our time of need. Alicia was kind, attentive, reassuring and straight to the point. After answering all our calls and organising a site visit to get to know us and the private property the wedding would be held - Our wedding day went off without a single issue. With a high chance of rain, they were across plan B, C and D and made us feel completely carefree on what has been the best day of our lives by far. Could not recommend enough!!!

We were lucky enough to have Alicia coordinate our wedding on the weekend and could not recommend their services more highly!!
From the moment we met, she saw our vision and held our hand every step of the way. She was an absolute machine on the day and we could not have imagined our wedding being any more perfect (very much thanks to her hard work).

We booked Memory Lane for our bar service for our DIY wedding and Alicia and Nathan were amazing throughout the whole process. Florence, the bar caravan, added such a nice touch of whimsy and the drinks were excellent. Alicia was really helpful in the lead up to the wedding as well, helping make sure we had the right amount of drinks, and the best ingredients for our cocktails. Everything went seamlessly! Couldn't recommend them more

Could not recommend Memory Lane more! Nathan and team were fantastic. We hired their bar caravan, Florence, for an event and could not be happier. The service was great, the cocktails were even better. Nathan & Alicia are a pleasure to work with and made the whole process very easy. Great guidance on what we needed to do and provide. Incredibly grateful to Alicia for her support and hard work!! Engaging her as our wedding coordinator was easily one of the best decisions we made. She helped alleviate so much stress for us and really just managed to be everywhere at once, I really don’t know how she did it! It allowed us and our families to just fully relax and enjoy the day.

Alicia! How can we begin to thank you for ensuring our day ran so seamlessly and perfectly as our coordinator?! Also, having you & Nath provide bar service with your beautiful Florence was a highlight. You did not stop all day and night, despite being a 38 degree day. The cocktails and welcome drinks were such a hit! Not a detail was left to chance and you were so lovely to work with and so accommodating. A number of brides I work with say you are worth your weight in gold and it is so true. You fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle, drove us down in the buggy to the ceremony, checked in on us throughout the day, worked with all the vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly, made sure Adam and I never had an empty glass… and the list goes on. We did not have to worry about a thing and knew you had everything under control. I was so relaxed and you were a big part of that. Thank you so much lovely lady 🤍🤍🤍 Adam and Emma x
