I could not recommend Alicia at Memory Lane enough! We hired her to run the whole set up, on the day coordination and then pack down for our wedding and it was so incredibly seamless and perfect, what would we have done without her! She took all the stress away and was always contactable, very happy to chat with us a million times before the big day. She is SO organised, thinks of all the little things you’ve forgotten, and runs around a million miles an hour doing the work of 5 people while still being the calmest, loveliest, most down to earth person. Nothing was too much and she went above and beyond too many times to count. We had so many comments from guests about how brilliant she was. I wish I could have another event so that I could hire her again! Thank you Alicia for everything! You are a godsend! xxx

Alicia! How can we begin to thank you for ensuring our day ran so seamlessly and perfectly as our coordinator?! Also, having you & Nath provide bar service with your beautiful Florence was a highlight. You did not stop all day and night, despite being a 38 degree day. The cocktails and welcome drinks were such a hit! Not a detail was left to chance and you were so lovely to work with and so accommodating. A number of brides I work with say you are worth your weight in gold and it is so true. You fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle, drove us down in the buggy to the ceremony, checked in on us throughout the day, worked with all the vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly, made sure Adam and I never had an empty glass… and the list goes on. Where do I begin… we hired Memory Lane Wedding and Events for our DIY wedding at the beautiful Bidja Estate. We utilised their bar staff and the incredible Alicia as our on the day coordinator. Alicia was worth her weight in gold! She is absolutely superb at her job and did not stop from start to finish! Alicia ensured that our large guest list of 150 people were well looked after as well as my husband and I. She made sure the day ran smoothly as well as to schedule and helped bring my vision to life. I was able to relax and enjoy the whole event without a worry in the world. The day simply would not have been what it was without her. All of the work she does behind the scenes is done so promptly and professionally. She is the calm all brides need on their special day. Alicia created a beautiful styled picnic for my sister in law's hens party. The picnic was gorgeous and Alicia was so organised making it really easy for us to just show up and enjoy the day. I highly recommend Alicia for any event you might host.

We recently hired Memory Lane for our wedding, and Nathan, Alicia and the team (and their retro caravan Florence) were absolutely amazing — we honestly can’t speak highly enough of them. From the start, they were so helpful in the planning process. They guided us through everything from drink quantities to what would actually work best for our guest numbers, which took so much stress out of the lead-up. They really know their stuff and made it all feel simple and under control. On the day, Florence (their gorgeous retro caravan bar) was such a hit. It looked incredible set up at the venue and added such a fun, relaxed vibe. The cocktails were absolutely delicious — so many guests commented on them — and the team behind the bar were just as amazing. Every single one of them had the biggest smiles, were so friendly, and made everyone feel looked after. They genuinely elevated the whole experience, and we’re so glad we had them as part of our day.

Alicia was AMAZING! From the first conversation to the end of our wedding day she was there to ensure everything I wanted had come to life. Communication was fantastic and nothing was too hard or too much to ask of her. We utilised the day coordinator package. It felt so great knowing that all the little things (and those little things add up!) were all handled by Alicia and I could trust she would set up everything with how I envisioned.
