We hired Memory Lane for both bar and on the day coordination at Bidja Estate and it was the best decision we made! Both Nathan and Alicia are absolute legends and so kind. We didn't have the best weather on the day but having Alicia there to coordinate everything was such a relief! They both went above and beyond! Honestly if you are thinking about booking them, then think no more and just book! 10/10

We booked MLWE for their weekender package and I haven’t stopped telling my friends about it since. If you do ANYTHING for your wedding, make sure it is booking Alicia as your coordinator/angel. It’s truly and investment in your sanity to have someone so professional, responsive, organised, and coming in hot with great ideas and problem solving. I can’t possibly do justice to how amazing it was to know Alicia was in our corner. Thanks to her everything went smoothly, all hiccups were fixed before we even knew about them, and our day went perfectly! Not having to pack up the next day while we were hungover certainly helped too x Absolute legend - love Molly and Benny Faram.

We loved having Memory Lane and Florence the Bar Caravan for our wedding! Nathan and the team made our day stress free and made sure all the guests were never without drinks. They even supplied a basket of drinks for the bridal party during our photos and this was just such a beautiful extra touch! And the cocktails were phenomenal- the pink gin fizz was a huge hit. Definitely recommend!

Alicia, Nathan and the team at Memory Lane Weddings and Events were incredible. From the initial communication to our big day - they were amazing. The bar staff were all so friendly and no ask was too big. They all seemed to genuinely love their jobs which says a lot about MLWE. A special shout out to Alicia. She is a superwoman. My partner and I contacted Memory Lane Wedding and Events a month out from our wedding as we were getting completely overwhelmed by the day-of tasks that were adding up. We hired Alicia for wedding coordination and set-up/pack-down of our reception decor for our wedding day. Alicia! How can we begin to thank you for ensuring our day ran so seamlessly and perfectly as our coordinator?! Also, having you & Nath provide bar service with your beautiful Florence was a highlight. You did not stop all day and night, despite being a 38 degree day. The cocktails and welcome drinks were such a hit! Not a detail was left to chance and you were so lovely to work with and so accommodating. A number of brides I work with say you are worth your weight in gold and it is so true. You fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle, drove us down in the buggy to the ceremony, checked in on us throughout the day, worked with all the vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly, made sure Adam and I never had an empty glass… and the list goes on. I actually don't have enough words to express how greatful i am for Alicia and her Coordination skills. We had the beautiful Florence for our bar and the staff and drinks were fantastic, and Nathans help while working out what alcohol to order really put me at ease. The whole day ran so smoothly all thanks to Alicia, i really got to enjoy and take in the whole experience because i had her by my side.

The team at Memory Lane were a dream to work with! We enlisted Alicia’s help for set up and on the day coordination, Nathan’s help with the bar, Florence’s help with looking cute and keeping guests refreshed, and both Alicia and Nathan again the next day for pack up (sorry team)! Alicia and Nathan were beyond helpful every step of the way and having Alicia’s hands and expertise on the big day was everything we needed and more. How she managed to be in multiple places at once we will never know. Thank you both for making our day the perfect wedding it was. We highly recommend booking this dream team! X
