We booked Alicia for on the day coordination and I cannot stress this enough - she was the best money we’ve ever spent. She was an integral part of our day and just knowing she was there at the scene made my morning that was filled with torrential rain a lot less stressful. My husband and I are incredibly appreciative and grateful for Alicia! She helped our wedding day go super smooth and took all the stress off of us. Her support, warm demeanour and hard work really made our day extra special and gave us the mental space to just enjoy the day, knowing everything else would be covered. She did a fantastic job coordinating the vendors, doing on-the-spot problem-solving, and helping us with planning. We hired Memory Lane for both bar and on the day coordination at Bidja Estate and it was the best decision we made! Both Nathan and Alicia are absolute legends and so kind. We didn't have the best weather on the day but having Alicia there to coordinate everything was such a relief! They both went above and beyond! Honestly if you are thinking about booking them, then think no more and just book! 10/10

Alicia and Nathan from Memory Lane were probably the standout vendors from our event where we had all the very best. Not meeting them prior due to Covid was no issue as Alicia was on email to me for all the support and questions I had prior to the day and multiple phone calls in the lead up. She asked questions I hadn’t thought of and recommended certain things based on her experience that just made the whole day flow better - but it was once the wedding started that she shone. Even guests said to me “who was that woman - she was EVERYWHERE, doing everything!” She looked after me, carrying my dress, feeding me, making sure I had a drink in my hand, making sure I was where I was meant to be in the midst of an unbelievably fun day that whipped by in a blur and all I can think now is how much she impacted the kind of day my hubby and I and our entire bridal party had on the day. Can not recommend enough. If you think you don’t need her; you’re WRONG.

I CANNOT recommend Alicia enough. Once I had heard of her services I knew I needed her for my wedding day. Although I had planned my wedding down to the second, Alicia still managed to make it even more perfect. She w did not stop all day, moving florals and furniture, assuring when the rain came over, helped with timing. decision making, cake cutting. Alicia is a need for anyone worried about their day running smoothly- she takes the stress out and her expertise in weddings is second to none!

Where do I begin… we hired Memory Lane Wedding and Events for our DIY wedding at the beautiful Bidja Estate. We utilised their bar staff and the incredible Alicia as our on the day coordinator. Alicia was worth her weight in gold! She is absolutely superb at her job and did not stop from start to finish! Alicia ensured that our large guest list of 150 people were well looked after as well as my husband and I. She made sure the day ran smoothly as well as to schedule and helped bring my vision to life. I was able to relax and enjoy the whole event without a worry in the world. The day simply would not have been what it was without her. All of the work she does behind the scenes is done so promptly and professionally. She is the calm all brides need on their special day. Hiring Alicia for wedding coordination was the single best decision I have ever made. Alicia helped guide me through everything from picking vendors to a last minute wet weather location change. Nothing escaped her notice and the day ran perfectly. We also hired Florence for bar service and not only is she beautiful but all my guests spent the night raving about the great cocktails and friendly service.
