My husband and I were lucky enough to have “Florence” and the incredible team from Memory Lane Wedding and Events as our drink’s vendor for our wedding day. What an incredible experience it was. Alicia and Nathan (the owners) went above and beyond to make our day special and run smoothly. They were professional, experienced and just amazing humans. They made our day feel so relaxed, calm and sorted. Our package included cocktails and then table service. On a 30 degree day our cocktails and drinks went fast and they worked so hard to ensure that all guests were hydrated. The cocktails were delicious, Florence looked gorgeous, and we even had a delicious grazing plate to eat on the day. Leading up to our day Alicia was amazing on the email and Nathans Beverage calculator made estimating alcohol easy. I highly recommend Memory Lane Wedding and Events for your next function.

Alicia! How can we begin to thank you for ensuring our day ran so seamlessly and perfectly as our coordinator?! Also, having you & Nath provide bar service with your beautiful Florence was a highlight. You did not stop all day and night, despite being a 38 degree day. The cocktails and welcome drinks were such a hit! Not a detail was left to chance and you were so lovely to work with and so accommodating. A number of brides I work with say you are worth your weight in gold and it is so true. You fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle, drove us down in the buggy to the ceremony, checked in on us throughout the day, worked with all the vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly, made sure Adam and I never had an empty glass… and the list goes on. Our wedding wouldn’t have been what is was without the wonderfulness that was Alicia and her team! From the moment we contacted requesting a date for the lovely Florence right up until the day after our wedding these guys were AMAZING. Alicia thought of everything, made choices we couldn’t and was a ninja on the clean up. Our guests were amazed by her ability to spot an empty glass in the midst of the chaos and quickly have it cleared! She ensured we always had a drink in our hands and made sure we really soaked up the day.

It felt so great knowing that all the little things (and those little things add up!) were all handled by Alicia and I could trust she would set up everything with how I envisioned. She was always checking up on my husband and I throughout our wedding day to ensure everything was going okay and whether we needed anything.

Alicia and Nathan from Memory Lane were probably the standout vendors from our event where we had all the very best. Not meeting them prior due to Covid was no issue as Alicia was on email to me for all the support and questions I had prior to the day and multiple phone calls in the lead up. She asked questions I hadn’t thought of and recommended certain things based on her experience that just made the whole day flow better - but it was once the wedding started that she shone. Even guests said to me “who was that woman - she was EVERYWHERE, doing everything!” She looked after me, carrying my dress, feeding me, making sure I had a drink in my hand, making sure I was where I was meant to be in the midst of an unbelievably fun day that whipped by in a blur and all I can think now is how much she impacted the kind of day my hubby and I and our entire bridal party had on the day. Can not recommend enough. If you think you don’t need her; you’re WRONG.

The team at Memory Lane were a dream to work with! We enlisted Alicia’s help for set up and on the day coordination, Nathan’s help with the bar, Florence’s help with looking cute and keeping guests refreshed, and both Alicia and Nathan again the next day for pack up (sorry team)! Alicia and Nathan were beyond helpful every step of the way and having Alicia’s hands and expertise on the big day was everything we needed and more. How she managed to be in multiple places at once we will never know. Thank you both for making our day the perfect wedding it was. We highly recommend booking this dream team! X

We booked Alicia for on the day coordination and I cannot stress this enough - she was the best money we’ve ever spent. She was an integral part of our day and just knowing she was there at the scene made my morning that was filled with torrential rain a lot less stressful. I don’t think we can put into words what our experience was like with Alicia, Nath and all the staff at Memory Lane. We originally booked Florence the caravan for our wedding and after such wonderful and seamless communication we decided that we would benefit from Alicia giving us a helping hand on our diy wedding. Based on a private property we used their expertise for advice and ideas no matter how big or small. Email, phone calls, texts, no matter when or what we sent their way they were quick to respond with a friendly message back and some reassurance that we could do anything.
When our day came it ran so smoothly we wouldn’t have known anything went wrong if it did. The bar staff were amazing and catered for everyone’s preferences and we got so many compliments on our bar and cocktails!
The styling was perfect and everyone was on the same page with what was happening making the day run perfectly. We can’t thank and recommend Memory Lane enough! The absolute best!!
