Based on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Memory Lane Weddings & Events are here to help create and co-ordinate the wedding of your dreams.  Along with their beautiful 1968 Vintage Franklin Caravan, Florence, Alicia and Nathan sprinkle their own beautiful style and vibe all over the Central Coast and Hunter Valley, bringing magic wherever they go.

From Cocktails served on the lawn and lush grazing tables to full wedding co-ordination and assistance, we are here to help you in any way we can to have the most incredible day ever.

Alicia and Nathan from Memory Lane were probably the standout vendors from our event where we had all the very best. Not meeting them prior due to Covid was no issue as Alicia was on email to me for all the support and questions I had prior to the day and multiple phone calls in the lead up. She asked questions I hadn’t thought of and recommended certain things based on her experience that just made the whole day flow better - but it was once the wedding started that she shone. Even guests said to me “who was that woman - she was EVERYWHERE, doing everything!” She looked after me, carrying my dress, feeding me, making sure I had a drink in my hand, making sure I was where I was meant to be in the midst of an unbelievably fun day that whipped by in a blur and all I can think now is how much she impacted the kind of day my hubby and I and our entire bridal party had on the day. Can not recommend enough. If you think you don’t need her; you’re WRONG.

Wow, wow, wow -where do I even start. Alicia was such a huge part of our day, troubleshooting, problem solving and being our calm when it was needed. We had a bumpy ride at times with our venue but Alicia was always there to talk through my worries and was able to put all my anxiety at ease. She helped to set up our reception space (even sending me sneak peaks the morning of) and didn't complain when she had to light hundreds (literally hundreds) of tea light candles. During our reception Matt and I were talking about how there is no way our day could have gone as perfectly without her, she worked quietly and efficiently in the background and got stuff done, fixing issues we didn't even know about. She was there when you needed with drinks, food and kept everything running on time, mum & dad also appreciated that they were looked after even with the busyness of the day. She was just the perfect fit for our day. Highly, highly recommend.

My partner and I contacted Memory Lane Wedding and Events a month out from our wedding as we were getting completely overwhelmed by the day-of tasks that were adding up. We hired Alicia for wedding coordination and set-up/pack-down of our reception decor for our wedding day. From the first time we spoke to Alicia she was so understanding, kind, efficient and an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. She hands down saved our day and additionally, made it completely stress-free and enjoyable. Alicia is so knowledgeable, hard-working, professional and an all-around top human being. We recently hired Memory Lane for our wedding, and Nathan, Alicia and the team (and their retro caravan Florence) were absolutely amazing — we honestly can’t speak highly enough of them.

From the start, they were so helpful in the planning process. They guided us through everything from drink quantities to what would actually work best for our guest numbers, which took so much stress out of the lead-up. They really know their stuff and made it all feel simple and under control.

On the day, Florence (their gorgeous retro caravan bar) was such a hit. It looked incredible set up at the venue and added such a fun, relaxed vibe.

The cocktails were absolutely delicious — so many guests commented on them — and the team behind the bar were just as amazing. Every single one of them had the biggest smiles, were so friendly, and made everyone feel looked after.

They genuinely elevated the whole experience, and we’re so glad we had them as part of our day.

I could not recommend Alicia, Nathan and the Memory Lane Team enough!

Memory Lane Events went above and beyond to make our special day go perfect and very smoothly from the initial contact with Alicia to booking their team and their beautiful bar FLORENCE for our wedding day.

After booking their bar in we decided to book Alicia to be our on the day Coodinator. Alicia had regular conversations with me prior via phone calls, text messages and emails. Alicia and I had a huge meeting to discuss vendors, on the day plans and all the extra things Memory Lane Events was happy to help out with. Alicia was so busy at our wedding running from job to job and not forgetting any of the many things we asked her to be on top of. Alicia did more then we asked on the day, she was incredible and so was the staff for Florence bar. Alicia even chased after our toddlers when they ran away from the photographers. Ha ha!

We had Florence bar organised to be dropped to our wedding prior to make it easier on us on the day. Alicia created a timeline for our wedding day prior to the big day to make sure everything was organised. Memory Lane Events did an amazing job at our wedding.

Unfortunately Alicia had some sad news a week out from the wedding and had a family funeral to attend the day of our wedding.. after telling Alicia to please not to worry and we would be happy using another Coodinator she could recommend however Alicia still came back to us not long after and told us she would still be at our wedding as she didn’t want to let us down. Memory Lane Events was not only on time but came earlier on the day to help with any last minute things.

We are so great full and thankful to have found them. Do yourself a favour and book this amazing company you won’t regret a single thing.

Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Alicia, Nathan and the beautiful staff at Memory Lane Wedding and Events. Alicia was our guardian angel through out the day, making sure EVERY detail was perfect! I would recommend Alicia wholeheartedly, it takes so much pressure of the Bride and Groom so you can relax and just enjoy the day without stressing about the details and the vendors. Nathan and the bar team were just amazing, making sure all of our guests' thirst were quenched and their cocktail making skills were on point! Nathan makes a mean Spicy Margarita! The Grazing table Alica and her team, was absolutely beautiful and there were only a few nibbles left by the end of the cocktail portion of our day. Thank you Memory Lane, Liam and I are so so grateful for you and your work to make our day exactly as we imagined. Much much love

One of the best things I did was book Alicia to be there on our wedding day. She setup everything and styled with absolute perfection. But then to top it al off was the small things, having my drink topped up, assisting my kids and telling me to breathe and soak in the moment before walking down the isle. Thank you Alicia. You are definitely in the right profession. You are amazing at your job.

Alicia and her team provided pre-wedding consultation, on-the-day wedding coordination, and provided the bar for our long lunch wedding on a private property on the Central Coast. Starting with Alicia, our wedding simply wouldn’t have been the same without her. From the very first meeting, she was organised and calm, completely in tune with our vision, and nothing was too much to ask for–even the late night Macca’s delivery served on silver platters! Every detail on the day was flawlessly executed, and her ability to handle everything behind the scenes let us completely enjoy the day without a single worry. Our wedding caterers raved about Alicia’s coordination and professionalism from a vendor perspective, and even our guests were highly impressed with her seamless coordination of all the different components on the day, specifically commenting on her amazing service. Alicia made the entire process stress-free and joyful. An absolute professional and a true gem – we’re beyond grateful!
For the bar service, Alicia’s team were exceptional! As big lovers of food and wine, we had curated the wine and cocktail menu for our lunch and had 8 different wines and 4 signature cocktails to be served. Alicia’s team executed the custom menu flawlessly. The team were friendly, professional, and kept the drinks flowing smoothly throughout the day. The cocktails were delicious and beautifully made, and the bar staff were so flexible with the timing of the bar, continuing to serve cocktails after the lunch and into the night! From set-up to last call, everything was seamless. They truly elevated the celebration, and we highly recommend the team!

Alicia was AMAZING! From the first conversation to the end of our wedding day she was there to ensure everything I wanted had come to life.
Communication was fantastic and nothing was too hard or too much to ask of her.
We utilised the day coordinator package. It felt so great knowing that all the little things (and those little things add up!) were all handled by Alicia and I could trust she would set up everything with how I envisioned. She was always checking up on my husband and I throughout our wedding day to ensure everything was going okay and whether we needed anything.
I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone as she is an asset worth having for your special day! Thank you so much xxx
