Based on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Memory Lane Weddings & Events are here to help create and co-ordinate the wedding of your dreams.  Along with their beautiful 1968 Vintage Franklin Caravan, Florence, Alicia and Nathan sprinkle their own beautiful style and vibe all over the Central Coast and Hunter Valley, bringing magic wherever they go.

From Cocktails served on the lawn and lush grazing tables to full wedding co-ordination and assistance, we are here to help you in any way we can to have the most incredible day ever.

Alicia and her team provided pre-wedding consultation, on-the-day wedding coordination, and provided the bar for our long lunch wedding on a private property on the Central Coast. Starting with Alicia, our wedding simply wouldn’t have been the same without her. From the very first meeting, she was organised and calm, completely in tune with our vision, and nothing was too much to ask for–even the late night Macca’s delivery served on silver platters! Every detail on the day was flawlessly executed, and her ability to handle everything behind the scenes let us completely enjoy the day without a single worry. Our wedding caterers raved about Alicia’s coordination and professionalism from a vendor perspective, and even our guests were highly impressed with her seamless coordination of all the different components on the day, specifically commenting on her amazing service. Alicia made the entire process stress-free and joyful. An absolute professional and a true gem – we’re beyond grateful!
For the bar service, Alicia’s team were exceptional! As big lovers of food and wine, we had curated the wine and cocktail menu for our lunch and had 8 different wines and 4 signature cocktails to be served. Alicia’s team executed the custom menu flawlessly. The team were friendly, professional, and kept the drinks flowing smoothly throughout the day. The cocktails were delicious and beautifully made, and the bar staff were so flexible with the timing of the bar, continuing to serve cocktails after the lunch and into the night! From set-up to last call, everything was seamless. They truly elevated the celebration, and we highly recommend the team!

Our wedding wouldn’t have been what is was without the wonderfulness that was Alicia and her team! From the moment we contacted requesting a date for the lovely Florence right up until the day after our wedding these guys were AMAZING. Alicia thought of everything, made choices we couldn’t and was a ninja on the clean up. Our guests were amazed by her ability to spot an empty glass in the midst of the chaos and quickly have it cleared! She ensured we always had a drink in our hands and made sure we really soaked up the day.
We cannot thank her anymore if we tried! 🤍

We hired Alicia for her on the day wedding coordinating services and her grazing table, she was absolutely amazing I don't think I would of been able to enjoy my wedding without Alicia's help, she made sure it was all running smoothly so I didn't have to stress I'm extremely grateful for her help, and her grazing table skills were unbelievable I got so many comments on how great it looked and tastes 100% would recommend she is worth it.

We loved having Memory Lane and Florence the Bar Caravan for our wedding! Nathan and the team made our day stress free and made sure all the guests were never without drinks. They even supplied a basket of drinks for the bridal party during our photos and this was just such a beautiful extra touch!
And the cocktails were phenomenal- the pink gin fizz was a huge hit. Definitely recommend!

We had Alicia from Memory Lane Weddings and Events as our Wedding Day Assistant last Saturday. Wow!! She was absolutely amazing. She met with us in the lead up to the wedding to get all details about my daughter and her partner and what kind of day they wanted it to be. She was so responsive to emails and phone calls, she communicated with all vendors to make sure everything ran so smoothly. We had our daughter's wedding at our home, with the ceremony, photos and the reception in marquee all held here. It was a 12.30 ceremony but Alicia arrived in the morning and every detail from setting out the ceremony chairs with ribbons, setting tables in marquee to arranging yard furniture (and a thousand other jobs), was all done with such efficiency and no fuss. Alicia has a great eye for detail and was very attentive to the wedding party and the guests. I had so many positive comments from our guests regarding Alicia's professionalism. Even when we had to adjust part of the afternoon programme, this was no trouble for Alicia, she just got to it, letting the MC, musicians and photographer know the new programme with no fuss, she just made it happen. I cannot recommend Alicia highly enough, believe me if you are doing a DIY wedding at home, park, beach etc you don't know how much you will need Alicia. Having Alicia all day meant that we got to be guests at our daughter's wedding in our home and really enjoy the whole day without a single worry or job to do. It was a magical day and it would not have happened like this without Alicia. Alicia's team at Memory Lane also provided our bar with great staff who were also very efficient and pleasant to deal with.
If you're looking for a wedding planner or assistant, look no further than Alicia, she is just what you need. Fabulous!!

My husband and I are incredibly appreciative and grateful for Alicia! She helped our wedding day go super smooth and took all the stress off of us. Her support, warm demeanour and hard work really made our day extra special and gave us the mental space to just enjoy the day, knowing everything else would be covered. Wedding planning can feel overwhelming, but with Memory Lane’s support it didn’t have to be! Alicia was so helpful and really took the stress out of everything leading up to and on the day! We appreciate the support and bringing our plans to life for our special day.
Where to start! Memory Lane Weddings and Events were the HEROES we had hoped for. With only 9 days to go until our big day, I was devastated when my wedding co-ordinator pulled out. Without a run sheet to go from, Alicia and Nathan were able to be incredibly flexible and juggle the pieces to ensure they were available to help in our time of need. Alicia was kind, attentive, reassuring and straight to the point. After answering all our calls and organising a site visit to get to know us and the private property the wedding would be held - Our wedding day went off without a single issue. With a high chance of rain, they were across plan B, C and D and made us feel completely carefree on what has been the best day of our lives by far. Could not recommend enough!!!

Where do I begin… we hired Memory Lane Wedding and Events for our DIY wedding at the beautiful Bidja Estate. We utilised their bar staff and the incredible Alicia as our on the day coordinator.

Alicia was worth her weight in gold! She is absolutely superb at her job and did not stop from start to finish! Alicia ensured that our large guest list of 150 people were well looked after as well as my husband and I. She made sure the day ran smoothly as well as to schedule and helped bring my vision to life. I was able to relax and enjoy the whole event without a worry in the world. The day simply would not have been what it was without her. All of the work she does behind the scenes is done so promptly and professionally. She is the calm all brides need on their special day.
