From the very beginning she was so supportive, organised, and calm, and on the day she made everything run seamlessly. Thanks to Alicia, my husband and I were able to relax and truly enjoy every single moment without a single worry because she had already thought of and handled everything. Hiring Alicia was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding. If you want a stress-free, joy-filled day where you can just soak it all in, you need Alicia by your side. Alicia was AMAZING! From the first conversation to the end of our wedding day she was there to ensure everything I wanted had come to life. Communication was fantastic and nothing was too hard or too much to ask of her. We utilised the day coordinator package. It felt so great knowing that all the little things (and those little things add up!) were all handled by Alicia and I could trust she would set up everything with how I envisioned. She was always checking up on my husband and I throughout our wedding day to ensure everything was going okay and whether we needed anything. We hired Memory Lane for both bar and on the day coordination at Bidja Estate and it was the best decision we made! Both Nathan and Alicia are absolute legends and so kind. We didn't have the best weather on the day but having Alicia there to coordinate everything was such a relief! They both went above and beyond! Honestly if you are thinking about booking them, then think no more and just book! 10/10

The team at Memory Lane were a dream to work with! We enlisted Alicia’s help for set up and on the day coordination, Nathan’s help with the bar, Florence’s help with looking cute and keeping guests refreshed, and both Alicia and Nathan again the next day for pack up (sorry team)! Alicia and Nathan were beyond helpful every step of the way and having Alicia’s hands and expertise on the big day was everything we needed and more. How she managed to be in multiple places at once we will never know. Thank you both for making our day the perfect wedding it was. We highly recommend booking this dream team! X

Where to start! Memory Lane Weddings and Events were the HEROES we had hoped for. With only 9 days to go until our big day, I was devastated when my wedding co-ordinator pulled out. Without a run sheet to go from, Alicia and Nathan were able to be incredibly flexible and juggle the pieces to ensure they were available to help in our time of need. Alicia was kind, attentive, reassuring and straight to the point. After answering all our calls and organising a site visit to get to know us and the private property the wedding would be held - Our wedding day went off without a single issue. With a high chance of rain, they were across plan B, C and D and made us feel completely carefree on what has been the best day of our lives by far. Could not recommend enough!!!

I could not recommend Alicia, Nathan and the Memory Lane Team enough! Memory Lane Events went above and beyond to make our special day go perfect and very smoothly from the initial contact with Alicia to booking their team and their beautiful bar FLORENCE for our wedding day. After booking their bar in we decided to book Alicia to be our on the day Coodinator. Alicia had regular conversations with me prior via phone calls, text messages and emails. Alicia and I had a huge meeting to discuss vendors, on the day plans and all the extra things Memory Lane Events was happy to help out with. Alicia was so busy at our wedding running from job to job and not forgetting any of the many things we asked her to be on top of. Alicia did more then we asked on the day, she was incredible and so was the staff for Florence bar. Alicia even chased after our toddlers when they ran away from the photographers. Ha ha! We had Florence bar organised to be dropped to our wedding prior to make it easier on us on the day. Alicia created a timeline for our wedding day prior to the big day to make sure everything was organised. Memory Lane Events did an amazing job at our wedding. Unfortunately Alicia had some sad news a week out from the wedding and had a family funeral to attend the day of our wedding.. after telling Alicia to please not to worry and we would be happy using another Coodinator she could recommend however Alicia still came back to us not long after and told us she would still be at our wedding as she didn’t want to let us down. Memory Lane Events was not only on time but came earlier on the day to help with any last minute things. We are so great full and thankful to have found them. Do yourself a favour and book this amazing company you won’t regret a single thing. Thanks again for helping our special day happen, Lara & Jay!
