Based on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Memory Lane Weddings & Events are here to help create and co-ordinate the wedding of your dreams.  Along with their beautiful 1968 Vintage Franklin Caravan, Florence, Alicia and Nathan sprinkle their own beautiful style and vibe all over the Central Coast and Hunter Valley, bringing magic wherever they go.

From Cocktails served on the lawn and lush grazing tables to full wedding co-ordination and assistance, we are here to help you in any way we can to have the most incredible day ever.

Where do I begin… we hired Memory Lane Wedding and Events for our DIY wedding at the beautiful Bidja Estate. We utilised their bar staff and the incredible Alicia as our on the day coordinator.

Alicia was worth her weight in gold! She is absolutely superb at her job and did not stop from start to finish! Alicia ensured that our large guest list of 150 people were well looked after as well as my husband and I. She made sure the day ran smoothly as well as to schedule and helped bring my vision to life. I was able to relax and enjoy the whole event without a worry in the world. The day simply would not have been what it was without her. All of the work she does behind the scenes is done so promptly and professionally. She is the calm all brides need on their special day.

Thank you from the very bottom of our hearts to Alicia and Memory Lane events for everything!

If you are considering whether you need a coordinator or not, do not think twice- it was the best money we spent on our perfect day! Could not recommend them any more!

Where do I start!? Simply amazing, thank you team MLW! Alicia- you came highly recommended, and I know why! You made our day run so smoothly with your professionalism paired with your friendliness, nothing was an issue. Nathan & team- what a highlight having Florence at our wedding with an outstanding bar service team. The cocktails were a hit and again so professional but such a legend! We booked Alicia for on the day coordination and I cannot stress this enough - she was the best money we’ve ever spent. She was an integral part of our day and just knowing she was there at the scene made my morning that was filled with torrential rain a lot less stressful. Thank you Alicia, I hate thinking about what our day would’ve looked like without you, you are a god send. If there are ANY future brides reading this review stop what you’re doing and book this service right now...and thank me later x

We were lucky enough to have Alicia coordinate our wedding on the weekend and could not recommend their services more highly!!
From the moment we met, she saw our vision and held our hand every step of the way. She was an absolute machine on the day and we could not have imagined our wedding being any more perfect (very much thanks to her hard work).

Florence was the perfect bar for us and it was managed by Nathan with professionalism and love.

Having memory lane as apart of our special day was the best decision we made ! Not only do Alicia and Nathan provide an incredible bar and coordinating service they are also both absolute legends who we loved having at our wedding. Almost 1 week on and ourselves and our guests cannot stop raving about how perfect the day was and how delicious the cocktails were (seriously best espresso martinis ever) . We had 40 degree heat, thunder, rain and rainbows and Alicia adapted and assisted guests with anything they needed throughout the day. You guys are the best. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I could not recommend Alicia, Nathan and the Memory Lane Team enough!

Memory Lane Events went above and beyond to make our special day go perfect and very smoothly from the initial contact with Alicia to booking their team and their beautiful bar FLORENCE for our wedding day.

After booking their bar in we decided to book Alicia to be our on the day Coodinator. Alicia had regular conversations with me prior via phone calls, text messages and emails. Alicia and I had a huge meeting to discuss vendors, on the day plans and all the extra things Memory Lane Events was happy to help out with. Alicia was so busy at our wedding running from job to job and not forgetting any of the many things we asked her to be on top of. Alicia did more then we asked on the day, she was incredible and so was the staff for Florence bar. Alicia even chased after our toddlers when they ran away from the photographers. Ha ha!

We had Florence bar organised to be dropped to our wedding prior to make it easier on us on the day. Alicia created a timeline for our wedding day prior to the big day to make sure everything was organised. Memory Lane Events did an amazing job at our wedding.

Unfortunately Alicia had some sad news a week out from the wedding and had a family funeral to attend the day of our wedding.. after telling Alicia to please not to worry and we would be happy using another Coodinator she could recommend however Alicia still came back to us not long after and told us she would still be at our wedding as she didn’t want to let us down. Memory Lane Events was not only on time but came earlier on the day to help with any last minute things.

We are so great full and thankful to have found them. Do yourself a favour and book this amazing company you won’t regret a single thing.

Being in the event industry myself there was only 1 business I trusted to look after our guests all night, and it was certainly the best choice! Nathan and Alicia were everyone’s favourite people all night (and not just because they were serving the alcohol). They are outstanding people who do an outstanding job. Cannot thank them enough!

I could not recommend Alicia at Memory Lane enough! We hired her to run the whole set up, on the day coordination and then pack down for our wedding and it was so incredibly seamless and perfect, what would we have done without her! She took all the stress away and was always contactable, very happy to chat with us a million times before the big day.

She is SO organised, thinks of all the little things you’ve forgotten, and runs around a million miles an hour doing the work of 5 people while still being the calmest, loveliest, most down to earth person. Nothing was too much and she went above and beyond too many times to count. We had so many comments from guests about how brilliant she was. I wish I could have another event so that I could hire her again!

We had Alicia from Memory Lane Weddings and Events as our Wedding Day Assistant last Saturday. Wow!! She was absolutely amazing. She met with us in the lead up to the wedding to get all details about my daughter and her partner and what kind of day they wanted it to be. She was so responsive to emails and phone calls, she communicated with all vendors to make sure everything ran so smoothly. We had our daughter's wedding at our home, with the ceremony, photos and the reception in marquee all held here. It was a 12.30 ceremony but Alicia arrived in the morning and every detail from setting out the ceremony chairs with ribbons, setting tables in marquee to arranging yard furniture (and a thousand other jobs), was all done with such efficiency and no fuss. Alicia has a great eye for detail and was very attentive to the wedding party and the guests. I had so many positive comments from our guests regarding Alicia's professionalism. Even when we had to adjust part of the afternoon programme, this was no trouble for Alicia, she just got to it, letting the MC, musicians and photographer know the new programme with no fuss, she just made it happen. I cannot recommend Alicia highly enough, believe me if you are doing a DIY wedding at home, park, beach etc you don't know how much you will need Alicia. Having Alicia all day meant that we got to be guests at our daughter's wedding in our home and really enjoy the whole day without a single worry or job to do. It was a magical day and it would not have happened like this without Alicia. Alicia's team at Memory Lane also provided our bar with great staff who were also very efficient and pleasant to deal with.
If you're looking for a wedding planner or assistant, look no further than Alicia, she is just what you need. Fabulous!!

My partner and I contacted Memory Lane Wedding and Events a month out from our wedding as we were getting completely overwhelmed by the day-of tasks that were adding up. We hired Alicia for wedding coordination and set-up/pack-down of our reception decor for our wedding day. From the first time we spoke to Alicia she was so understanding, kind, efficient and an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. She hands down saved our day and additionally, made it completely stress-free and enjoyable. Alicia is so knowledgeable, hard-working, professional and an all-around top human being.
