Alicia and her team provided pre-wedding consultation, on-the-day wedding coordination, and provided the bar for our long lunch wedding on a private property on the Central Coast. Starting with Alicia, our wedding simply wouldn’t have been the same without her. From the very first meeting, she was organised and calm, completely in tune with our vision, and nothing was too much to ask for–even the late night Macca’s delivery served on silver platters! Every detail on the day was flawlessly executed, and her ability to handle everything behind the scenes let us completely enjoy the day without a single worry. Our wedding caterers raved about Alicia’s coordination and professionalism from a vendor perspective, and even our guests were highly impressed with her seamless coordination of all the different components on the day, specifically commenting on her amazing service. Alicia made the entire process stress-free and joyful. An absolute professional and a true gem – we’re beyond grateful! For the bar service, Alicia’s team were exceptional! As big lovers of food and wine, we had curated the wine and cocktail menu for our lunch and had 8 different wines and 4 signature cocktails to be served. Alicia’s team executed the custom menu flawlessly. The team were friendly, professional, and kept the drinks flowing smoothly throughout the day. The cocktails were delicious and beautifully made, and the bar staff were so flexible with the timing of the bar, continuing to serve cocktails after the lunch and into the night! From set-up to last call, everything was seamless. They truly elevated the celebration, and we highly recommend the team!

Alicia! How can we begin to thank you for ensuring our day ran so seamlessly and perfectly as our coordinator?! Also, having you & Nath provide bar service with your beautiful Florence was a highlight. You did not stop all day and night, despite being a 38 degree day. The cocktails and welcome drinks were such a hit! Not a detail was left to chance and you were so lovely to work with and so accommodating. A number of brides I work with say you are worth your weight in gold and it is so true. You fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle, drove us down in the buggy to the ceremony, checked in on us throughout the day, worked with all the vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly, made sure Adam and I never had an empty glass… and the list goes on. My partner and I contacted Memory Lane Wedding and Events a month out from our wedding as we were getting completely overwhelmed by the day-of tasks that were adding up. We hired Alicia for wedding coordination and set-up/pack-down of our reception decor for our wedding day. We had Alicia as our Wedding Co-Ordinator in October and from the first meeting we knew we had made the right choice! Alicia’s professionalism and understanding of our laid back approach was so reassuring when planning our big day. We loved every moment of planning our wedding all thanks to Alicia and on our wedding day she blew everyone away! From making sure my husband and I were fed, giving us first serve of the amazing cocktails made in Florence the caravan bar, packing up and setting up our decorations, cleaning, and being an amazing presence on the day she was AMAZING! Alicia walked over 25,000 steps on our wedding day and as I told her the next day, we were both so appreciative of every step taken. My hubby and I could not speak highly enough of Alicia and if you are iffy or not thinking about a coordinator then you NEED to talk to Alicia first!!

Alicia was AMAZING! From the first conversation to the end of our wedding day she was there to ensure everything I wanted had come to life. Communication was fantastic and nothing was too hard or too much to ask of her. We utilised the day coordinator package. It felt so great knowing that all the little things (and those little things add up!) were all handled by Alicia and I could trust she would set up everything with how I envisioned. She was always checking up on my husband and I throughout our wedding day to ensure everything was going okay and whether we needed anything. I don’t think we can put into words what our experience was like with Alicia, Nath and all the staff at Memory Lane. We originally booked Florence the caravan for our wedding and after such wonderful and seamless communication we decided that we would benefit from Alicia giving us a helping hand on our diy wedding. Based on a private property we used their expertise for advice and ideas no matter how big or small. Email, phone calls, texts, no matter when or what we sent their way they were quick to respond with a friendly message back and some reassurance that we could do anything. When our day came it ran so smoothly we wouldn’t have known anything went wrong if it did. The bar staff were amazing and catered for everyone’s preferences and we got so many compliments on our bar and cocktails! The styling was perfect and everyone was on the same page with what was happening making the day run perfectly. We can’t thank and recommend Memory Lane enough! The absolute best!!

We booked Alicia for on the day coordination and I cannot stress this enough - she was the best money we’ve ever spent. She was an integral part of our day and just knowing she was there at the scene made my morning that was filled with torrential rain a lot less stressful. The team at Memory Lane were a dream to work with! We enlisted Alicia’s help for set up and on the day coordination, Nathan’s help with the bar, Florence’s help with looking cute and keeping guests refreshed, and both Alicia and Nathan again the next day for pack up (sorry team)! Alicia and Nathan were beyond helpful every step of the way and having Alicia’s hands and expertise on the big day was everything we needed and more.
