Alicia, Nathan and the team at Memory Lane Weddings and Events were incredible. From the initial communication to our big day - they were amazing. The bar staff were all so friendly and no ask was too big. They all seemed to genuinely love their jobs which says a lot about MLWE.

A special shout out to Alicia. She is a superwoman. No job was too hard, her attention to detail was next-level and you can tell she is incredibly passionate about her job. I could not recommend her more. Thank you for making our day absolutely perfect.

I CANNOT recommend Alicia enough. Once I had heard of her services I knew I needed her for my wedding day. Although I had planned my wedding down to the second, Alicia still managed to make it even more perfect. She w did not stop all day, moving florals and furniture, assuring when the rain came over, helped with timing. decision making, cake cutting. Alicia is a need for anyone worried about their day running smoothly- she takes the stress out and her expertise in weddings is second to none!

We loved having Memory Lane and Florence the Bar Caravan for our wedding! Nathan and the team made our day stress free and made sure all the guests were never without drinks. They even supplied a basket of drinks for the bridal party during our photos and this was just such a beautiful extra touch!
And the cocktails were phenomenal- the pink gin fizz was a huge hit. Definitely recommend!

Hiring Alicia for wedding coordination was the single best decision I have ever made. Alicia helped guide me through everything from picking vendors to a last minute wet weather location change. Nothing escaped her notice and the day ran perfectly. We also hired Florence for bar service and not only is she beautiful but all my guests spent the night raving about the great cocktails and friendly service.

Thank you Alicia for making my vision come to life. You were able to be contacted at anytime and give me advice on what I needed. You took the added stress away and created something truly amazing! I'll definitely be using you again if I ever need a party catered for. Nothing was too much trouble for you and everyone complimented on how lovely you were. We booked Alicia for on the day coordination and I cannot stress this enough - she was the best money we’ve ever spent. She was an integral part of our day and just knowing she was there at the scene made my morning that was filled with torrential rain a lot less stressful. We hired Memory Lane for both bar and on the day coordination at Bidja Estate and it was the best decision we made! Both Nathan and Alicia are absolute legends and so kind. We didn't have the best weather on the day but having Alicia there to coordinate everything was such a relief! They both went above and beyond! Honestly if you are thinking about booking them, then think no more and just book! 10/10

Where do I begin… we hired Memory Lane Wedding and Events for our DIY wedding at the beautiful Bidja Estate. We utilised their bar staff and the incredible Alicia as our on the day coordinator.

Alicia was worth her weight in gold! She is absolutely superb at her job and did not stop from start to finish! Alicia ensured that our large guest list of 150 people were well looked after as well as my husband and I. She made sure the day ran smoothly as well as to schedule and helped bring my vision to life. I was able to relax and enjoy the whole event without a worry in the world. The day simply would not have been what it was without her. All of the work she does behind the scenes is done so promptly and professionally. She is the calm all brides need on their special day.
