Bespoke weddings created for the romantic at heart

We had Alicia as our Wedding Co-Ordinator in October and from the first meeting we knew we had made the right choice! Alicia’s professionalism and understanding of our laid back approach was so reassuring when planning our big day. We loved every moment of planning our wedding all thanks to Alicia and on our wedding day she blew everyone away! From making sure my husband and I were fed, giving us first serve of the amazing cocktails made in Florence the caravan bar, packing up and setting up our decorations, cleaning, and being an amazing presence on the day she was AMAZING! Alicia walked over 25,000 steps on our wedding day and as I told her the next day, we were both so appreciative of every step taken. My hubby and I could not speak highly enough of Alicia and if you are iffy or not thinking about a coordinator then you NEED to talk to Alicia first!!

I had Nathan and the crew provide drinks at a large (85+) birthday party. They brough beautiful Florence the drinks caravan around , setup and proceeded to make everyone's night. So many people provided glowing feed back over the following days. Great drinks, great cocktails, great service, great rapport and banter. What can I say it was... GREAT lol Also Nathan provided great advice in planning the event in terms of the most popular drinks to serve and the quantities to purchase. Highly recommend them.

The best decision I made was hiring Florence for our wedding, as well as Alicia as wedding coordinator for the day. Alicia went above and beyond in the lead up and on the day nothing was too much for her. I have never seen someone work so hard in their life. Nathan and Alicia, Florence was an absolute hit and the cocktails were amazing. Alicia, thank you for taking the stress and pressure off of me, I can't thank you enough for the support. We feel like we made friends throughout the whole experience and hope our paths cross again soon.

We were lucky enough to have Alicia coordinate our wedding on the weekend and could not recommend their services more highly!! From the moment we met, she saw our vision and held our hand every step of the way. She was an absolute machine on the day and we could not have imagined our wedding being any more perfect (very much thanks to her hard work). Florence was the perfect bar for us and it was managed by Nathan with professionalism and love. If I could give 10000 stars with this review I would!

We loved having Memory Lane and Florence the Bar Caravan for our wedding! Nathan and the team made our day stress free and made sure all the guests were never without drinks. They even supplied a basket of drinks for the bridal party during our photos and this was just such a beautiful extra touch! And the cocktails were phenomenal- the pink gin fizz was a huge hit. Definitely recommend!

Alicia from Memory Lane was amazing as our on-the-day coordinator on our wedding day. We both loved her so much. She helped us feel comfortable and cared for on the day. I could not recommend Alicia at Memory Lane enough! We hired her to run the whole set up, on the day coordination and then pack down for our wedding and it was so incredibly seamless and perfect, what would we have done without her! She took all the stress away and was always contactable, very happy to chat with us a million times before the big day. She is SO organised, thinks of all the little things you’ve forgotten, and runs around a million miles an hour doing the work of 5 people while still being the calmest, loveliest, most down to earth person. Nothing was too much and she went above and beyond too many times to count. We had so many comments from guests about how brilliant she was. I wish I could have another event so that I could hire her again! Thank you Alicia for everything! You are a godsend! xxx

I CANNOT recommend Alicia enough. Once I had heard of her services I knew I needed her for my wedding day. Although I had planned my wedding down to the second, Alicia still managed to make it even more perfect. She w did not stop all day, moving florals and furniture, assuring when the rain came over, helped with timing. decision making, cake cutting. Alicia is a need for anyone worried about their day running smoothly- she takes the stress out and her expertise in weddings is second to none!

We absolutely loved having Memory Lane Bar at our wedding! They were so kind, professional and brought such joy to our day. The support in the lead up in buying correct amount of alcohol was deeply helpful. We love the team there!

We recently hired Memory Lane for our wedding, and Nathan, Alicia and the team (and their retro caravan Florence) were absolutely amazing — we honestly can’t speak highly enough of them. From the start, they were so helpful in the planning process. They guided us through everything from drink quantities to what would actually work best for our guest numbers, which took so much stress out of the lead-up. They really know their stuff and made it all feel simple and under control. On the day, Florence (their gorgeous retro caravan bar) was such a hit. It looked incredible set up at the venue and added such a fun, relaxed vibe. The cocktails were absolutely delicious — so many guests commented on them — and the team behind the bar were just as amazing. Every single one of them had the biggest smiles, were so friendly, and made everyone feel looked after. They genuinely elevated the whole experience, and we’re so glad we had them as part of our day.
