Alicia, Nathan and the Memory Lane team were amazing! Alicia made everything feel so easy and smooth taking care of us, both on the day and throughout the planning process. And the team were all so fun and friendly, and our guest all had an absolute blast. Can't thank you all enough!

We loved having Memory Lane and Florence the Bar Caravan for our wedding! Nathan and the team made our day stress free and made sure all the guests were never without drinks. They even supplied a basket of drinks for the bridal party during our photos and this was just such a beautiful extra touch! And the cocktails were phenomenal- the pink gin fizz was a huge hit. Definitely recommend!

We were lucky enough to have Alicia coordinate our wedding on the weekend and could not recommend their services more highly!! From the moment we met, she saw our vision and held our hand every step of the way. She was an absolute machine on the day and we could not have imagined our wedding being any more perfect (very much thanks to her hard work). Florence was the perfect bar for us and it was managed by Nathan with professionalism and love. If I could give 10000 stars with this review I would!

Hiring Alicia for wedding coordination was the single best decision I have ever made. Alicia helped guide me through everything from picking vendors to a last minute wet weather location change. Nothing escaped her notice and the day ran perfectly. We also hired Florence for bar service and not only is she beautiful but all my guests spent the night raving about the great cocktails and friendly service.

My partner and I contacted Memory Lane Wedding and Events a month out from our wedding as we were getting completely overwhelmed by the day-of tasks that were adding up. We hired Alicia for wedding coordination and set-up/pack-down of our reception decor for our wedding day. From the first time we spoke to Alicia she was so understanding, kind, efficient and an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. She hands down saved our day and additionally, made it completely stress-free and enjoyable. Alicia is so knowledgeable, hard-working, professional and an all-around top human being. We had Alicia as our Wedding Co-Ordinator in October and from the first meeting we knew we had made the right choice! Alicia’s professionalism and understanding of our laid back approach was so reassuring when planning our big day. We loved every moment of planning our wedding all thanks to Alicia and on our wedding day she blew everyone away! From making sure my husband and I were fed, giving us first serve of the amazing cocktails made in Florence the caravan bar, packing up and setting up our decorations, cleaning, and being an amazing presence on the day she was AMAZING! Alicia walked over 25,000 steps on our wedding day and as I told her the next day, we were both so appreciative of every step taken. My hubby and I could not speak highly enough of Alicia and if you are iffy or not thinking about a coordinator then you NEED to talk to Alicia first!!

Having memory lane as apart of our special day was the best decision we made ! Not only do Alicia and Nathan provide an incredible bar and coordinating service they are also both absolute legends who we loved having at our wedding. Almost 1 week on and ourselves and our guests cannot stop raving about how perfect the day was and how delicious the cocktails were (seriously best espresso martinis ever) . We had 40 degree heat, thunder, rain and rainbows and Alicia adapted and assisted guests with anything they needed throughout the day. You guys are the best. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
