Alicia, Nathan and the team at Memory Lane Weddings and Events were incredible. From the initial communication to our big day - they were amazing. The bar staff were all so friendly and no ask was too big. They all seemed to genuinely love their jobs which says a lot about MLWE. A special shout out to Alicia. She is a superwoman. We recently hired Memory Lane for our wedding, and Nathan, Alicia and the team (and their retro caravan Florence) were absolutely amazing — we honestly can’t speak highly enough of them. From the start, they were so helpful in the planning process. They guided us through everything from drink quantities to what would actually work best for our guest numbers, which took so much stress out of the lead-up. They really know their stuff and made it all feel simple and under control. On the day, Florence (their gorgeous retro caravan bar) was such a hit. It looked incredible set up at the venue and added such a fun, relaxed vibe. The cocktails were absolutely delicious — so many guests commented on them — and the team behind the bar were just as amazing. Every single one of them had the biggest smiles, were so friendly, and made everyone feel looked after. They genuinely elevated the whole experience, and we’re so glad we had them as part of our day.

Alicia! How can we begin to thank you for ensuring our day ran so seamlessly and perfectly as our coordinator?! Also, having you & Nath provide bar service with your beautiful Florence was a highlight. You did not stop all day and night, despite being a 38 degree day. The cocktails and welcome drinks were such a hit! Not a detail was left to chance and you were so lovely to work with and so accommodating. A number of brides I work with say you are worth your weight in gold and it is so true. You fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle, drove us down in the buggy to the ceremony, checked in on us throughout the day, worked with all the vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly, made sure Adam and I never had an empty glass… and the list goes on. We booked Memory Lane for our wedding bar service and couldn’t have been happier. Their gorgeous caravan Florence was such a standout on the day, our guests absolutely loved it, and it added the perfect touch of charm and fun to our reception. The team were incredible to work with. The staff on the day were friendly, efficient, and handled everything with ease, nothing was ever too much trouble. In the lead-up, their communication was excellent and their processes were super professional, which was a godsend during the busy planning stage. Everything felt organised, clear, and stress-free. We had Alicia from Memory Lane Weddings and Events as our Wedding Day Assistant last Saturday. Wow!! She was absolutely amazing. She met with us in the lead up to the wedding to get all details about my daughter and her partner and what kind of day they wanted it to be. She was so responsive to emails and phone calls, she communicated with all vendors to make sure everything ran so smoothly. We had our daughter's wedding at our home, with the ceremony, photos and the reception in marquee all held here. It was a 12.30 ceremony but Alicia arrived in the morning and every detail from setting out the ceremony chairs with ribbons, setting tables in marquee to arranging yard furniture (and a thousand other jobs), was all done with such efficiency and no fuss. Alicia has a great eye for detail and was very attentive to the wedding party and the guests. I had so many positive comments from our guests regarding Alicia's professionalism. Even when we had to adjust part of the afternoon programme, this was no trouble for Alicia, she just got to it, letting the MC, musicians and photographer know the new programme with no fuss, she just made it happen. I cannot recommend Alicia highly enough, believe me if you are doing a DIY wedding at home, park, beach etc you don't know how much you will need Alicia. Having Alicia all day meant that we got to be guests at our daughter's wedding in our home and really enjoy the whole day without a single worry or job to do. It was a magical day and it would not have happened like this without Alicia. Alicia's team at Memory Lane also provided our bar with great staff who were also very efficient and pleasant to deal with.
