We booked MLWE for their weekender package and I haven’t stopped telling my friends about it since. If you do ANYTHING for your wedding, make sure it is booking Alicia as your coordinator/angel. It’s truly and investment in your sanity to have someone so professional, responsive, organised, and coming in hot with great ideas and problem solving. I can’t possibly do justice to how amazing it was to know Alicia was in our corner. Thanks to her everything went smoothly, all hiccups were fixed before we even knew about them, and our day went perfectly! Not having to pack up the next day while we were hungover certainly helped too x Absolute legend - love Molly and Benny Faram.

I don’t think we can put into words what our experience was like with Alicia, Nath and all the staff at Memory Lane. We originally booked Florence the caravan for our wedding and after such wonderful and seamless communication we decided that we would benefit from Alicia giving us a helping hand on our diy wedding. Based on a private property we used their expertise for advice and ideas no matter how big or small. Email, phone calls, texts, no matter when or what we sent their way they were quick to respond with a friendly message back and some reassurance that we could do anything. When our day came it ran so smoothly we wouldn’t have known anything went wrong if it did. The bar staff were amazing and catered for everyone’s preferences and we got so many compliments on our bar and cocktails! The styling was perfect and everyone was on the same page with what was happening making the day run perfectly. We can’t thank and recommend Memory Lane enough! The absolute best!!

I CANNOT recommend Alicia enough. Once I had heard of her services I knew I needed her for my wedding day. Although I had planned my wedding down to the second, Alicia still managed to make it even more perfect. She w did not stop all day, moving florals and furniture, assuring when the rain came over, helped with timing. decision making, cake cutting. Alicia is a need for anyone worried about their day running smoothly- she takes the stress out and her expertise in weddings is second to none!

All I can say is wow! These guys are amazing. Having Alicia as our wedding coordinator was just perfect. Nothing was ever too much to ask, she was like a magical fairy through the whole day!! Our drinks service was just spot on, drinks being touched up throughout dinner as well as our water. Truly couldn’t recommend any higher. It was so amazing to have you guys there to make our special day easy and stress free, so thankyou!

I actually don't have enough words to express how greatful i am for Alicia and her Coordination skills. We had the beautiful Florence for our bar and the staff and drinks were fantastic, and Nathans help while working out what alcohol to order really put me at ease. The whole day ran so smoothly all thanks to Alicia, i really got to enjoy and take in the whole experience because i had her by my side.

I could not recommend Alicia, Nathan and the Memory Lane Team enough! Memory Lane Events went above and beyond to make our special day go perfect and very smoothly from the initial contact with Alicia to booking their team and their beautiful bar FLORENCE for our wedding day. After booking their bar in we decided to book Alicia to be our on the day Coodinator. Alicia had regular conversations with me prior via phone calls, text messages and emails. Alicia and I had a huge meeting to discuss vendors, on the day plans and all the extra things Memory Lane Events was happy to help out with. Alicia was so busy at our wedding running from job to job and not forgetting any of the many things we asked her to be on top of. Alicia did more then we asked on the day, she was incredible and so was the staff for Florence bar. Alicia even chased after our toddlers when they ran away from the photographers. Ha ha! We had Florence bar organised to be dropped to our wedding prior to make it easier on us on the day. Alicia created a timeline for our wedding day prior to the big day to make sure everything was organised. Memory Lane Events did an amazing job at our wedding. Unfortunately Alicia had some sad news a week out from the wedding and had a family funeral to attend the day of our wedding.. after telling Alicia to please not to worry and we would be happy using another Coodinator she could recommend however Alicia still came back to us not long after and told us she would still be at our wedding as she didn’t want to let us down. Memory Lane Events was not only on time but came earlier on the day to help with any last minute things. We are so great full and thankful to have found them. Do yourself a favour and book this amazing company you won’t regret a single thing. Thanks again for helping our special day happen, Lara & Jay!

My partner and I contacted Memory Lane Wedding and Events a month out from our wedding as we were getting completely overwhelmed by the day-of tasks that were adding up. We hired Alicia for wedding coordination and set-up/pack-down of our reception decor for our wedding day. From the first time we spoke to Alicia she was so understanding, kind, efficient and an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. She hands down saved our day and additionally, made it completely stress-free and enjoyable. Alicia is so knowledgeable, hard-working, professional and an all-around top human being. The team at Memory Lane were a dream to work with! We enlisted Alicia’s help for set up and on the day coordination, Nathan’s help with the bar, Florence’s help with looking cute and keeping guests refreshed, and both Alicia and Nathan again the next day for pack up (sorry team)! Alicia and Nathan were beyond helpful every step of the way and having Alicia’s hands and expertise on the big day was everything we needed and more. Alicia was AMAZING! From the first conversation to the end of our wedding day she was there to ensure everything I wanted had come to life. Communication was fantastic and nothing was too hard or too much to ask of her. We utilised the day coordinator package. It felt so great knowing that all the little things (and those little things add up!) were all handled by Alicia and I could trust she would set up everything with how I envisioned. She was always checking up on my husband and I throughout our wedding day to ensure everything was going okay and whether we needed anything.
