Memory Lane Events went above and beyond to make our special day go perfect and very smoothly from the initial contact with Alicia to booking their team and their beautiful bar FLORENCE for our wedding day.

After booking their bar in we decided to book Alicia to be our on the day Coodinator. Alicia had regular conversations with me prior via phone calls, text messages and emails. Alicia and I had a huge meeting to discuss vendors, on the day plans and all the extra things Memory Lane Events was happy to help out with. Alicia was so busy at our wedding running from job to job and not forgetting any of the many things we asked her to be on top of. Alicia did more then we asked on the day, she was incredible and so was the staff for Florence bar. Alicia even chased after our toddlers when they ran away from the photographers. Ha ha!

We had Florence bar organised to be dropped to our wedding prior to make it easier on us on the day. Alicia created a timeline for our wedding day prior to the big day to make sure everything was organised. Memory Lane Events did an amazing job at our wedding.

Unfortunately Alicia had some sad news a week out from the wedding and had a family funeral to attend the day of our wedding.. after telling Alicia to please not to worry and we would be happy using another Coodinator she could recommend however Alicia still came back to us not long after and told us she would still be at our wedding as she didn’t want to let us down. Memory Lane Events was not only on time but came earlier on the day to help with any last minute things.

We are so great full and thankful to have found them. Do yourself a favour and book this amazing company you won’t regret a single thing.

We booked Memory Lane for our wedding bar service and couldn’t have been happier. Their gorgeous caravan Florence was such a standout on the day, our guests absolutely loved it, and it added the perfect touch of charm and fun to our reception.

Where to start! Memory Lane Weddings and Events were the HEROES we had hoped for. With only 9 days to go until our big day, I was devastated when my wedding co-ordinator pulled out. Without a run sheet to go from, Alicia and Nathan were able to be incredibly flexible and juggle the pieces to ensure they were available to help in our time of need. Alicia was kind, attentive, reassuring and straight to the point. After answering all our calls and organising a site visit to get to know us and the private property the wedding would be held - Our wedding day went off without a single issue. With a high chance of rain, they were across plan B, C and D and made us feel completely carefree on what has been the best day of our lives by far. Could not recommend enough!!!

All I can say is wow! These guys are amazing. Having Alicia as our wedding coordinator was just perfect. Nothing was ever too much to ask, she was like a magical fairy through the whole day!! Our drinks service was just spot on, drinks being touched up throughout dinner as well as our water. Truly couldn’t recommend any higher. It was so amazing to have you guys there to make our special day easy and stress free, so thankyou!

Incredibly grateful to Alicia for her support and hard work!! Engaging her as our wedding coordinator was easily one of the best decisions we made. She helped alleviate so much stress for us and really just managed to be everywhere at once, I really don’t know how she did it! It allowed us and our families to just fully relax and enjoy the day.

My husband and I were lucky enough to have “Florence” and the incredible team from Memory Lane Wedding and Events as our drink’s vendor for our wedding day. What an incredible experience it was. Alicia and Nathan (the owners) went above and beyond to make our day special and run smoothly. They were professional, experienced and just amazing humans. They made our day feel so relaxed, calm and sorted. Our package included cocktails and then table service. On a 30 degree day our cocktails and drinks went fast and they worked so hard to ensure that all guests were hydrated. The cocktails were delicious, Florence looked gorgeous, and we even had a delicious grazing plate to eat on the day. Leading up to our day Alicia was amazing on the email and Nathans Beverage calculator made estimating alcohol easy. I highly recommend Memory Lane Wedding and Events for your next function.

Hiring Alicia for wedding coordination was the single best decision I have ever made. Alicia helped guide me through everything from picking vendors to a last minute wet weather location change. Nothing escaped her notice and the day ran perfectly. We also hired Florence for bar service and not only is she beautiful but all my guests spent the night raving about the great cocktails and friendly service.

I CANNOT recommend Alicia enough. Once I had heard of her services I knew I needed her for my wedding day. Although I had planned my wedding down to the second, Alicia still managed to make it even more perfect. She w did not stop all day, moving florals and furniture, assuring when the rain came over, helped with timing. decision making, cake cutting. Alicia is a need for anyone worried about their day running smoothly- she takes the stress out and her expertise in weddings is second to none!
