Alicia, Nathan and the team at Memory Lane Weddings and Events were incredible. From the initial communication to our big day - they were amazing. The bar staff were all so friendly and no ask was too big. They all seemed to genuinely love their jobs which says a lot about MLWE. A special shout out to Alicia. She is a superwoman. No job was too hard, her attention to detail was next-level and you can tell she is incredibly passionate about her job. I could not recommend her more. Thank you for making our day absolutely perfect.

We hired Memory Lane for both bar and on the day coordination at Bidja Estate and it was the best decision we made! Both Nathan and Alicia are absolute legends and so kind. We didn't have the best weather on the day but having Alicia there to coordinate everything was such a relief! They both went above and beyond! Honestly if you are thinking about booking them, then think no more and just book! 10/10

We booked Alicia for on the day coordination and I cannot stress this enough - she was the best money we’ve ever spent. She was an integral part of our day and just knowing she was there at the scene made my morning that was filled with torrential rain a lot less stressful. Alicia created a beautiful styled picnic for my sister in law's hens party. The picnic was gorgeous and Alicia was so organised making it really easy for us to just show up and enjoy the day. I highly recommend Alicia for any event you might host.

I could not recommend Alicia, Nathan and the Memory Lane Team enough! Memory Lane Events went above and beyond to make our special day go perfect and very smoothly from the initial contact with Alicia to booking their team and their beautiful bar FLORENCE for our wedding day. After booking their bar in we decided to book Alicia to be our on the day Coodinator. Alicia had regular conversations with me prior via phone calls, text messages and emails. Alicia and I had a huge meeting to discuss vendors, on the day plans and all the extra things Memory Lane Events was happy to help out with. Alicia was so busy at our wedding running from job to job and not forgetting any of the many things we asked her to be on top of. Alicia did more then we asked on the day, she was incredible and so was the staff for Florence bar. Alicia even chased after our toddlers when they ran away from the photographers. Ha ha! We had Florence bar organised to be dropped to our wedding prior to make it easier on us on the day. Alicia created a timeline for our wedding day prior to the big day to make sure everything was organised. Memory Lane Events did an amazing job at our wedding. Unfortunately Alicia had some sad news a week out from the wedding and had a family funeral to attend the day of our wedding.. after telling Alicia to please not to worry and we would be happy using another Coodinator she could recommend however Alicia still came back to us not long after and told us she would still be at our wedding as she didn’t want to let us down. Memory Lane Events was not only on time but came earlier on the day to help with any last minute things. We are so great full and thankful to have found them. Do yourself a favour and book this amazing company you won’t regret a single thing. Thanks again for helping our special day happen, Lara & Jay!

I actually don't have enough words to express how greatful i am for Alicia and her Coordination skills. We had the beautiful Florence for our bar and the staff and drinks were fantastic, and Nathans help while working out what alcohol to order really put me at ease. The whole day ran so smoothly all thanks to Alicia, i really got to enjoy and take in the whole experience because i had her by my side.

I CANNOT recommend Alicia enough. Once I had heard of her services I knew I needed her for my wedding day. Although I had planned my wedding down to the second, Alicia still managed to make it even more perfect. She w did not stop all day, moving florals and furniture, assuring when the rain came over, helped with timing. decision making, cake cutting. Alicia is a need for anyone worried about their day running smoothly- she takes the stress out and her expertise in weddings is second to none!

Alicia and the team, you are the best!!!! On behalf of myself, my partner and all my family and friends I want to thank you so so so much for all your help on the weekend! I mean it when I say we honestly couldn’t have done it without you. The weather didn’t turn out how we envisioned it but you helped us to still make sure every ran smoothly and made the day perfect, I can’t thank you enough for all your help. Alicia you are one of a kind and you played such an important role on our special day to make it the best day of our lives! It honestly exceeded my expectations and I’m so grateful for all the special people who made it all happen. All the staff were so great and everyone loved the bar staff, they were absolutely amazing and so fast! We had so much feedback on how well everything went and how helpful you were on the day and I’ve already got some lovely ladies that would love to also book you in the future for their special days. I could not recommend Alicia at Memory Lane enough! We hired her to run the whole set up, on the day coordination and then pack down for our wedding and it was so incredibly seamless and perfect, what would we have done without her! She took all the stress away and was always contactable, very happy to chat with us a million times before the big day. She is SO organised, thinks of all the little things you’ve forgotten, and runs around a million miles an hour doing the work of 5 people while still being the calmest, loveliest, most down to earth person. Nothing was too much and she went above and beyond too many times to count. We had so many comments from guests about how brilliant she was. I wish I could have another event so that I could hire her again! Thank you Alicia for everything! You are a godsend! xxx
