Up to 25 hours hands on work spread over 3 days (bump in, wedding day, bump out)
Unlimited phone/email support & guidance
Travel within the Central Coast (additional charges may apply for out of area regions)
Site inspection 6 months prior
Final planning meeting 2-3 months prior
Run sheet developed
Distribution of run sheet/vendor confirmations 2 weeks prior
Phone consultation week of wedding
Oversee and Assist with full set up including Bump in/out schedule for vendors
Point of contact for the day
Liase with all vendors to ensure a successful event
Co-ordinating Packages
All packages can be tailored to individual requirements.
Additional co-ordinating hours charged at $100 per hour, assistant charged at $65 per hour
