Up to 8 hours on the day co-ordinating
Unlimited phone and email conversion
Phone consultation 6 months prior to your wedding day
1 site inspection at your wedding venue (6 weeks prior to event)
Basic run sheet developed and distributed to vendors the week of the wedding
Point of contact for the day
Style and set finishing touches to your ceremony & reception
Travel within the Central Coast region (additional charges may apply for all regions outside the Central Coast)
Co-ordinating Packages
All packages can be tailored to individual requirements.
Additional co-ordinating hours charged at $100 per hour, assistant charged at $65 per hour
