We hired the Florence Bar for our wedding & it was beautiful! Alicia was really professional & quick to respond to emails - they also brought a great wet weather tarp option for their set up, which was great! Would highly recommend!

I actually don't have enough words to express how greatful i am for Alicia and her Coordination skills.
We had the beautiful Florence for our bar and the staff and drinks were fantastic, and Nathans help while working out what alcohol to order really put me at ease.
The whole day ran so smoothly all thanks to Alicia, i really got to enjoy and take in the whole experience because i had her by my side.

Where do I begin… we hired Memory Lane Wedding and Events for our DIY wedding at the beautiful Bidja Estate. We utilised their bar staff and the incredible Alicia as our on the day coordinator.

Alicia was worth her weight in gold! She is absolutely superb at her job and did not stop from start to finish! Alicia ensured that our large guest list of 150 people were well looked after as well as my husband and I. She made sure the day ran smoothly as well as to schedule and helped bring my vision to life. I was able to relax and enjoy the whole event without a worry in the world. The day simply would not have been what it was without her. All of the work she does behind the scenes is done so promptly and professionally. She is the calm all brides need on their special day.

Incredibly grateful to Alicia for her support and hard work!! Engaging her as our wedding coordinator was easily one of the best decisions we made. I CANNOT recommend Alicia enough. Once I had heard of her services I knew I needed her for my wedding day. Although I had planned my wedding down to the second, Alicia still managed to make it even more perfect. She w did not stop all day, moving florals and furniture, assuring when the rain came over, helped with timing. decision making, cake cutting. Alicia is a need for anyone worried about their day running smoothly- she takes the stress out and her expertise in weddings is second to none!
