We booked Alicia for on the day coordination and I cannot stress this enough - she was the best money we’ve ever spent. She was an integral part of our day and just knowing she was there at the scene made my morning that was filled with torrential rain a lot less stressful. Our wedding wouldn’t have been what is was without the wonderfulness that was Alicia and her team! From the moment we contacted requesting a date for the lovely Florence right up until the day after our wedding these guys were AMAZING. Alicia thought of everything, made choices we couldn’t and was a ninja on the clean up. Our guests were amazed by her ability to spot an empty glass in the midst of the chaos and quickly have it cleared! She ensured we always had a drink in our hands and made sure we really soaked up the day.

Alicia! How can we begin to thank you for ensuring our day ran so seamlessly and perfectly as our coordinator?! Also, having you & Nath provide bar service with your beautiful Florence was a highlight. You did not stop all day and night, despite being a 38 degree day. The cocktails and welcome drinks were such a hit! Not a detail was left to chance and you were so lovely to work with and so accommodating. A number of brides I work with say you are worth your weight in gold and it is so true. You fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle, drove us down in the buggy to the ceremony, checked in on us throughout the day, worked with all the vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly, made sure Adam and I never had an empty glass… and the list goes on. We did not have to worry about a thing and knew you had everything under control. I was so relaxed and you were a big part of that. Thank you so much lovely lady 🤍🤍🤍 Adam and Emma x

Alicia, Nathan and the Memory Lane team are so incredibly passionate about what they do and execute with such excellence - I can honestly say our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without Memory Lane & Florence playing a part! From the very beginning, communication was prompt and detailed with no question too small. I’m someone who likes to know all the detail and Alicia & Nathan always made sure I had the answers I needed – from back & forth emails to a phone call to work through our menu – we felt totally under control in the lead up to the big day. This was especially handy as we ended up having to move venues two days prior due to flooding, Alicia and Nathan were so accommodating, ensuring we knew the plan (Nathan popped by the day before to make sure bump in would run smoothly) and even making new plans to ensure all bases were covered with extra tables & lighting. We had SO many compliments on how incredible the bar staff were and how awesome the cocktails were. You guys are just amazing people and we cannot thank you enough for all your help. Cannot recommend Memory Lane enough!!

Alicia, Nathan and the team at Memory Lane Weddings and Events were incredible. From the initial communication to our big day - they were amazing. The bar staff were all so friendly and no ask was too big. They all seemed to genuinely love their jobs which says a lot about MLWE.

A special shout out to Alicia. She is a superwoman. No job was too hard, her attention to detail was next-level and you can tell she is incredibly passionate about her job. I could not recommend her more. Thank you for making our day absolutely perfect.

We hired Alicia for her on the day wedding coordinating services and her grazing table, she was absolutely amazing I don't think I would of been able to enjoy my wedding without Alicia's help, she made sure it was all running smoothly so I didn't have to stress I'm extremely grateful for her help, and her grazing table skills were unbelievable I got so many comments on how great it looked and tastes 100% would recommend she is worth it.
